Please log on to official website, Agricultural Bank of China: 1. Click "Personal Online Banking Login" on the left side of the screen; 2. Click "KBao first login" at the bottom of the screen; 3. Select "Control Download" and click Download to install. (Note: When installing the control, please close all browsers before installation, and log in to online banking again after installation. )

Security controls always fail to install, which can be handled as follows:

1. Please use IE browser to complete the installation of the security control. If you are using IE 1 1 browser, please make the following settings: Open IE 1 1 browser, select Tools, and then select Compatibility View Settings to add the websites visited by the Bank to Compatibility View website.

2. After downloading the security control to the local computer, close all browsers and install it.
