According to Article 28 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of Investor Suitability Management in Futures Operating Institutions, when selling or providing high-risk products or services to ordinary investors, an operating institution shall fulfill the following appropriateness obligations: ① To acquire additional information about investors; (2) Provide special risk warning to investors, revealing the high-risk characteristics of the product or service, which shall be signed and confirmed by investors; Give investors a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours or at least increase a return visit to inform them of special risks.
