Secondly, three conditions need to be met: no rest, no worry and no shelter.
The so-called "uninterrupted" means that there is no interruption when you recite. When you finish reading in one breath, there is no interruption of a word, no mistake of a word, and no blockage of a word (except for normal ventilation, in fact, even if you breathe, your mind is still hanging on the spell, so the meaning of the spell is not broken), then you are qualified to be called "holding";
The so-called "carefree", that is, when reciting, don't be disturbed by a little distractions, saying that there are no distractions, which is impossible for ordinary people, because we are full of Qian Qian's endless distractions all the time (to the point of "one mind is not chaotic", that is the highest state). So treat other thoughts or ideas that appear in chanting, ignore them, don't care, and don't get involved. Secondly, people always think before they speak. Holding a spell is just the opposite, that is, think first and then think, without thinking, "curse first, read it first." Only by doing these two things can it be "held";
The so-called "no living" means not to be persistent, because if you hold the mantra for a long time, you will really practice kung fu, such as strength, penetration, and even resonance and echo around you, which will make people happy (full of Buddhist happiness), but it will also become an obstacle, because people who read it will involuntarily pursue such a realm, but they can't reach it. This is called "thinking of each other."
