DFSA is famous for its strict supervision system, which requires the highest enforcement for enterprises and institutions under its supervision. At the same time, DFSA holds the same strict authorization access conditions as its authorization.
DFSA is an independent financial services regulator in Dubai Financial Center, located in the financial free zone of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The regulators of DFSA include asset management, banking and credit services, securities, collective investment funds, custody and trust services, commodity futures trading, Islamic finance, insurance, international stock exchanges and international commodity derivatives exchanges. DFSA also accepts the authorization of the DIFC Company Registry (RoC) to investigate the affairs of DIFC companies and partnerships involving the company law of DIFC and major violations, and provide enforcement relief to registrars.
