Kraft Food Group and Mondelez International Company started trading as two independent listed companies on Tuesday after the spin-off of leisure and family food giant Kraft. Kraft Foods announced in March 20 12 that it would spin off the global snack business. The new company will be named Mondelez International Company, which will manage global brands including Oreo, Cadbury and Naesk, and will be listed and traded under the MDIZ code.
