Polypropylene price chart
the price of polypropylene decreased from 11,271.7 yuan per ton in 213 to 7,125.9 yuan per ton in 216, and rose to 9,256.3 yuan per ton in 217, 1,67.1 yuan per ton in 218, 8,753.9 yuan per ton in 219, 8,338.3 yuan per ton in 22 and 1,85 yuan per ton in 221.

Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. It has high impact resistance, strong mechanical properties and resistance to various organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion. It is widely used in industry and is one of the common polymer materials. Australian coins are also made of polypropylene.

1) Classification

According to the position of branched atoms, polypropylene can be divided into atactic, isotactic and syndiotactic.

isotactic polypropylene branched chain atoms are distributed on the same side of the main chain.

syndiotactic polypropylene branched chain atoms are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the main chain at intervals.

bonding of polypropylene

k-72 is suitable for bonding of polypropylene and PP plastics, large-area board bonding, high transparency, PP bonding to PP, PP bonding to PC, PP bonding to ABS, PP bonding to PVC, PP bonding to acrylic, PP bonding to metal and PP bonding to wood.

the bonding performance of k-77 is almost the same as that of k-72, which is light yellow and more economical.

k-62 is a PP glue for bonding small-area polypropylene, which must be used together with k-65 treatment agent, with instant positioning and high strength.

2) Storage method

Sealed, stored in a cool and dry place to ensure good ventilation

3) Main uses

Mainly used in the production of various long and short polypropylene fibers, used in the production of polypropylene woven bags, packaging bags, injection molded products and other flame-retardant parts used in the production of electrical appliances, telecommunications, lighting, lighting equipment and televisions

East Standard Testing Center prompts: PP does not exist. Usually, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber. The MFR of PP is in the range of 1~4. PP with low MFR has better impact resistance but lower tensile strength. For materials with the same MFR, the strength of polymer type is higher than that of homopolymer type. Due to crystallization, the shrinkage of PP is quite high, generally 1.8~2.5%. And the directional uniformity of shrinkage is much better than that of PE-HD and other materials. Adding 3% glass additive can reduce the shrinkage to .7%. Both homopolymer and * * polymer PP materials have excellent moisture absorption resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and solubility resistance. However, it has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon (such as benzene) solvents and chlorinated hydrocarbon (carbon tetrachloride) solvents.
