How to write a plan

-Overview

A plan is a transactional document for the brief deployment of objectives, measures and steps made in advance to complete tasks in a certain period.

Features of the plan:

1. Foresight and feasibility. When making a plan, we should make scientific predictions about the basic situation, prospects, goals and measures in the future. And we must have a clear understanding and correct estimation of all possible situations. Without scientific prediction, there is no plan.

To make a plan is to implement it. The prediction of the future should be based on objective reality, and it is forbidden to make plans blindly and without foundation. Only in this way can this plan be feasible.

2. Guidance and variability. Any plan must have a clear purpose, that is, what tasks to complete within a certain period of time and what benefits to obtain. This has become the direction and foundation of the work, with strong guidance, standardization and binding force. The society is constantly developing and the situation is constantly changing, so it is difficult to accurately predict the plans made in advance. Therefore, whether the plan can be completed should be summarized from both subjective and objective aspects. If the objective situation changes during the implementation of the plan, it should be revised in time. Therefore, the plan is both instructive and variable.

3. It's over. You can expect the implementation of the plan to inspire people, or you can put forward general hopes or calls.
