The crime of operating food without a license is suspected of illegal business.

(three) without the approval of the relevant competent departments of the state, illegally engaged in securities, futures, insurance business, or illegally engaged in fund payment and settlement business;
(four) other illegal business activities that seriously disrupt the market order.
Three, food safety standards should include what content?
1, food, food additives, food-related products, pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, biotoxins, heavy metals and other pollutants harmful to human health;
2 varieties, scope of use and dosage of food additives;
3. Nutritional requirements of infants and other specific groups for main and supplementary foods;
4. Requirements for labels, signs and instructions related to food safety requirements such as hygiene and nutrition;

Article 92 Imported food, food additives and food-related products shall conform to China's national food safety standards. Imported food and food additives shall be inspected by entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations on the inspection of import and export commodities. Imported food and food additives shall be accompanied by qualified certification materials according to the requirements of the national entry-exit inspection and quarantine department.
