Friends, it is better to learn about international trade yourself. Let's analyze the employment prospects of international trade majors. At present, the employment of college students has attracted more and more attention, and "employment difficulty" has become the focus of discussion. As a graduate majoring in international trade, I made a survey on the graduation process of this major. I collected survey data three times. At present, the employment of college students has attracted more and more attention, and "employment difficulty" has become the focus of discussion. As a sophomore majoring in international trade, it is necessary for us to make a survey on the graduation flow of this major and see what we need to do now to win more chips for the fierce competition in future employment. I collected the data of this research work in three times. First, I interviewed my senior who graduated from our school in 2000. This senior is a student majoring in international trade in the School of Economics and Management. I got a double degree in English before graduation, and now I am working in party member in a foreign trade company. She briefly introduced her classmates after graduation: classmate A joined a state-owned enterprise with different majors in order to stay in Tianjin after graduation; Student B entered a well-known listed state-owned enterprise in Tianjin with the advantage of double degree in English. Classmate c has become a big importer and exporter of foreign-funded enterprises because of his outstanding practical work ability; Classmate Ding chose to pursue further studies. The above is a microcosm of the graduation destination of senior students, and it also objectively reflects my professional employment direction, but after all, only a few people can not fully explain the employment situation of international trade major. In view of the above reasons, in order to obtain official information about employment prospects, I logged on the postgraduate website of Fudan University and personally visited the postgraduate office of Renmin University of China. The above two universities have a high position in the field of applied economics, and the major of international trade is a national key discipline. According to the data released by Fudan University, the employment destinations of international trade graduates mainly include accounting firms, banks, foreign trade companies, securities companies, futures companies, foreign-funded enterprises and foreign-related economic departments of the government. The message given by Renmin University is the same: In recent years, in addition to banks, securities, insurance, import and export companies, private enterprises and other financial institutions, foreign trade institutions and corporate enterprises, there are more and more branches of domestic foreign-related enterprises and multinational companies in China, such as the four internationally renowned accounting firms. To sum up, the employment prospects of international trade graduates are optimistic. Finally, in order to get more powerful and practical information, I went to "528 Recruitment Network". Inquired about the online recruitment materials of international trade majors in various enterprises and institutions in Beijing. Although online recruitment materials can not fully represent the recruitment of international trade graduates by all enterprises and institutions, they can also represent certain social reality. There are not many big companies recruiting online, but I found three typical ones: China Insurance Beijing Branch Ping An Life Insurance Company of China Insurance Company; China Household Appliances Import and Export Corporation; The requirements of the latter two companies of Zhongke Huaxing Trading Co., Ltd. are slightly higher than those of other enterprises and institutions. China Household Appliances Import and Export Company requires candidates to have more than two years of work experience, preferably with their own customers, bachelor degree or above, and pass CET-6; The requirements of Zhongke Huaxing Science & Trade Co., Ltd. are even more demanding: 1, bachelor degree, CET-6 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to undertake foreign liaison, negotiation and translation, and proficient in operating computers and office software; 2. Good writing, strong communication and coordination skills, clear and orderly thinking, and more than three years of foreign trade and business work experience is preferred; 3. Have a certificate of customs declaration, and be familiar with foreign trade and import and export related knowledge is preferred; 4. Be proactive. Although China Ping An Life Insurance Company of China Insurance Company only requires a strong enterprising spirit to pursue success, its potential competition should be imaginable, and the quality of candidates will be relatively high. These are only three special companies, and the recruitment situation of other companies should be more representative. Most of the students recruited by these companies are college or high school graduates who know international trade, and students majoring in English or international trade after graduation are also considered by some companies. Recruitment positions are mainly customs declaration, sales clerk, crew chartering, foreign affairs secretary, foreign trade salesman and sales supervisor, mostly for international trade practice. From the perspective of gender, customer service and secretaries have higher requirements for women, and most positions such as sales and billing require men. Generally speaking, it is better to require more than two years of work experience. To sum up, we can see the following problems: 1 Employers have high requirements for English of candidates, generally CET-6 or above, good oral English and fluent expression. In terms of gender, there are also occupational differences, and most companies with gender restrictions impose more restrictions on female candidates. In other words, girls may encounter more problems and pressures than boys in job hunting. The competition pressure of undergraduates is too great, and high school students, junior college students, graduate students and even returned students compete with them for positions. The influx of these people has virtually impacted the employment of undergraduates. The difference between ordinary school graduates and key university graduates is that the former is indeed lower than the latter in some hard conditions, and employers are more keen on recruiting the latter. Not really. Enterprises pay more attention to the practical work ability, internal quality and work experience of candidates. Therefore, we should do the following to cope with the fierce competition in future employment. During school 1, strengthen oral practice, lay a good foundation in English, and pass CET-6. As girls, we should not lose confidence in future employment because of gender, but should give full play to our strengths, constantly improve ourselves, and achieve self-esteem, self-love and self-improvement. In the face of many competitors, if you feel that you have enough time and courage, you can choose to continue your studies and increase your competitiveness. Ordinary undergraduate graduates who want to work should not feel inferior because of their school, because they should enrich themselves, increase their strength, learn more professional knowledge and obtain some qualification certificates. If you are in school, you can use your spare time to work, increase your work experience and prepare for future employment. And the key is that this major is in line with foreign countries and the employment direction is relatively clear. . . . Work hard, my friend. . . I'm going to travel soon. I wish you a happy new year. . . .
