Main agenda of the meeting: the construction unit, the construction unit and the supervision unit respectively report the current progress of the project, analyze the main problems, formulate the next construction plan, and clarify the requirements of the project progress, quality and safety. The relevant matters decided by the meeting are summarized as follows:

First of all, the analysis of the meeting pointed out the main reasons for the lag of the project progress:

First, the construction unit did not invest personnel and mechanical equipment to organize the construction according to the actual workload, and the construction technical force was weak and the management was not in place;

Second, the construction site coordination is not in place;

Second, the meeting decided that:

(1) The construction unit should invest manpower, material resources, financial resources and mechanical equipment to meet the requirements of construction progress, increase the technical strength of construction, strengthen construction management, and ensure the quality, progress and safety of the project.

(2) The construction unit shall control the nodes according to the principle of inverted construction period, formulate a scientific, reasonable and feasible project construction organization plan and emergency flood control plan, and submit them to the construction unit before xx months.

(3) Require the supervision unit to strengthen on-site supervision, strengthen the management of project progress, quality and safety, and actively coordinate the relationship between contractors to ensure the quality and progress of project construction;

(4) The meeting emphasized that the key process should be completed by the end of 20xx, and the reservoir that has not entered the site must enter the site in xx to ensure that the reservoir has conditions such as flood control, water storage irrigation and aquaculture in the coming year, otherwise all consequences will be borne by the construction party;

(5) The construction unit should do a good job in concealed works, and notify the relevant units to enter the next working procedure only after passing the acceptance, so as to ensure that the project is completed on time and with good quality.

(6) Safe and civilized construction: ensure the insurance of the project department, public signs and construction personnel; Do a good job of heatstroke prevention and cooling in summer construction;

(7) For the main project completed xx years ago, the construction unit will give corresponding rewards;

All project departments should attach great importance to the above problems and implement them quickly.
