Do I have to take all three subjects in the futures exam?
There are three subjects in the futures qualification examination, namely, Basic Knowledge of Futures, Futures Laws and Regulations, and Futures Investment Analysis. Among them, Basic Knowledge of Futures and Futures Laws and Regulations are compulsory subjects, and Futures Investment Analysis can choose whether to participate.

"Basic knowledge of futures" and "futures laws and regulations" are the following conditions:

(1) at least 18 years old;

(2) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(3) Have a high school education or above;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

You can choose whether to participate in futures investment analysis, and you can work as a futures analyst after passing. Passing the futures qualification examination is one of the conditions for participating in futures investment analysis. Candidates who meet the following five conditions can sign up for the exam.

The personnel who sign up for the futures investment analysis examination of the futures industry association shall meet the following conditions:

1. At least 18 years old;

2. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

3. Obtain a certificate of qualification examination for futures practitioners;

4. Have a bachelor degree or above or a bachelor's degree;

5. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
