In order to encourage urban logistics and distribution trucks to use new energy vehicles, except during peak hours (7: 00 to 9: 00 in the morning and 17: 30 to 19: 30 in the evening), logistics and distribution freight vehicles with new energy number plates can pass through the no-go area without passes.
From 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day, it is forbidden for non-hanging new energy number plate logistics distribution trucks to enter the restricted area of the main city and Yibin District;
From 22: 00 to 6: 00 every day, you can pass in the restricted area without a pass. In addition, the city will no longer impose restrictions on the tail number of motor vehicles for urban logistics distribution trucks.
Provisions on the restriction of ordinary trucks: Ordinary trucks refer to trucks other than dangerous goods trucks, muck, commercial concrete, bulk fluids and other engineering trucks and self-unloading trucks.
Every day from 22: 00 to 6: 00 the next day, ordinary trucks on other roads can pass without a pass, except for the forbidden areas and sections such as the urban core area and individual roads.
From 22: 00 every day to 6: 00 the next day, the areas and road sections where ordinary trucks are forbidden to pass are as follows: Wangcheng Avenue Expressway, Gucheng Expressway, Nanchang Road Elevated, and Jianjian Avenue Elevated. Regulations on the restriction of dangerous goods transport vehicles, engineering transport vehicles and dump trucks: According to the provisions of the Notice on the Regulations on Urban Road Traffic Management, vehicles such as dangerous goods transport vehicles, engineering transport vehicles (including engineering transport vehicles such as muck, commercial concrete and bulk liquid) and dump trucks must still be prohibited from passing in the main city and Yibin District.
All the above trucks are strictly prohibited from passing through viaducts, main highways, urban tunnels (except Zhoushan Tunnel on Silk Road Avenue), and driving through ground traffic or auxiliary highways.
If it is necessary to pass in restricted time and area, all kinds of trucks must log in to the service hall through the official account of "Luoyang Traffic Police" WeChat, select "Truck Pass Handling", apply for a pass, and drive according to the specified time and route.
In addition, all transit trucks and vehicles that do not meet the entry requirements will pass through Lianhuo Expressway, Erguang Expressway, Luoning Expressway or the newly-built 3 10 National Highway and 3 17 Provincial Highway (formerly 207 national highway). If the bypass road is closed due to engineering construction, the truck should follow the indication signs and drive along the temporary safe route or the designated route.
