1. First, connect all systems before starting kd206. Return the fader, equalizer (EQ), PANPADGAL, etc. to the initial state. After turning on the computer, first turn the volume of the audio source device (such as CD) to the maximum without distortion.

2. Next, adjust the sub-fader of the input channel of the mixer to 70%, and increase the input gain (GAIN) until the PEAK (peak) indicator light is just on but not on.

3. Finally, adjust the volume output master fader so that the output VU meter pointer swings roughly around 0VU. The pointer is not allowed to exceed 3VU for a long time. At this time, the main fader position should also be between 50 and 70 percent. You can adjust the input gain or audio source output level accordingly.
