(1) Early to bed and early to rise

Most people go to bed early and get up early this month, and occasionally go to bed two days late. In the last ten days, they locked the machine to sleep at 10 o'clock and got up at about 5: 30 in the morning (wake up naturally), especially during the day. I locked my phone at 9: 30 last night and got up at 4: 10 this morning. It's natural to wake up again, and I don't feel dizzy when I wake up. Our bodies really know what we need.

About going to bed early and getting up early, there is no form of punching in at this time. You can punch in in June and give yourself a sense of accomplishment at the end of the month.

I am in a good mood this month, especially in the past few days, I have enough sleep and become more and more patient with my children.

But I still have emotions. There were times when the language was so fierce that I shouted without restraint. Afterwards, I felt guilty and apologized to the children.

5. Break the time record

I have recorded time every day for the first half of the month, and I still know it. If you don't persist in the second half of the month, you will become "idle" and even "unconscious" when you do something that wastes time.
