Apple id forgot password solution:

Open the computer itunes software.

Select "Login" under the "Store" menu, and a dialog box will pop up. Click "Forgot Password".

Then it will automatically connect to the internet and enter the interface of resetting the password.

Enter the apple ID (account name).

Next, select the verification method. There are two options: 1) mail verification, and 2) answer the password prompt question. When mail authentication is selected, the system will send an email to the user's mailbox, and the page will prompt that the email has been sent; Then as long as you log in to the email, Apple will send an email with the title: How to reset your Apple ID password.

Open the email, click the "reset your Apple ID password" link, and you will be prompted to create a new password. After the second confirmation, click Reset Password to finish.
