4. The signing information of individual and institutional customers of provincial branches can be inquired locally.
5. You apply to change the settlement account used for silver transfer transaction. The signing relationship between settlement account and deposit account should be terminated by canceling the transaction, and then the signing relationship between new settlement account and deposit account should be re-established.
