How many employees does the business department of a securities company need?
There are about thirty or forty people in the business department of a general securities company, but it is not necessarily large or small.

It mainly includes: more than a dozen people in the marketing department/marketing department, about five people at the counter, about five people in customer service (including platform customer service and VIP customer service), and about three or four people, such as Hong Kong stock account opening specialist and futures IB account opening specialist, about six investment consultants and two or three bosses.
