International futures is not a scam. Regular futures companies can open accounts, such as Hang Seng Index Futures, but those who open such accounts are all given to Hong Kong branches. Mainland China cannot open external account and Hang Seng Index, but many companies in the market claim to open international futures accounts. I can't comment too much on this.
