Including commercial enterprises, material enterprises, warehousing, storage and transportation and other electricity users.

Contents of commercial electricity consumption

1. Electricity originally used for non-residential lighting, except for the following electricity, is commercial electricity: electricity used by government agencies, military units, organizations, welfare homes, hospitals, scientific research institutes, schools and kindergartens, and electricity used by telecommunications and highway management institutions; Electricity for lighting in offices and workshops of industrial enterprises; Electricity for railways, shipping, aviation, efficiency, postal services, meteorology, hydrology, surveying and mapping, health, press and publication, radio and television, and funeral; Electricity consumption of non-operating public facilities and public places; Other electricity consumption excluding operating charges. Electricity consumption for toll stations, gas stations, catering services, commodity sales, entertainment (including shops, shopping malls, hotels, foreign-related guest houses and entertainment places), commercial finance and service information (including telecommunications module offices, exchange transmission and auxiliary equipment, transmission base stations), real estate transactions, advertisements, beauty salons, etc.

4. For offices with both commercial electricity and other types of electricity, the electricity consumption of their auxiliary facilities such as water pumps, fire fighting and elevators. It should be shared in proportion.

5. If the business area of urban and rural street residents is 10 square meters or less, the electricity consumption will be temporarily implemented according to the living electricity price of urban and rural residents. Mainly includes the following aspects:

Commercial sales: such as shopping malls, shops, trading centers, supermarkets, farmers' markets, gas stations, etc.

Cultural and entertainment industry: such as paid tourist spots, theaters, video projection shops, recreation rooms, gyms, bowling alleys, swimming pools, dance halls, karaoke halls, etc.
