This internship started in July 12. In the first week, I developed a basic understanding of the securities market. The knowledge learned includes:

3. How to identify information-bad news is better than not believing it.
4. The difference and connection between fundamentals and technical aspects-the fundamental advantage lies in long-term analysis, and the technical advantage lies in short-term trend judgment.
In addition, reading the three major securities news and browsing the trend chart of each stock are also homework to be done every day. After the first week of study, I mastered the basic operation mode of the stock market. It laid a good foundation for further study.
The second week is the practice of the front desk of the trading hall. During this time, I learned the relevant business knowledge of opening a capital account, subscription of new shares and fund allocation. Master the basic usage of "great wisdom" in securities trading software; The influence of RMB appreciation on the market is analyzed. In addition, I also read Zhang's "Principles of Stock Operation" in my spare time, and comprehensively studied the technical analysis knowledge such as K-line chart and moving average system.
The third week is mainly to practice in the stock market and judge the trend of the market and individual stocks. During this period, I understood the influence of funds on the whole market and the relationship between stock volume and price; Further study the application of golden section in trend analysis; The calculation formula and application method of CR technical index are studied. In addition, I also touched some contents of morphological theory. Deepen the understanding of the securities market.
The last week's study content is fundamental analysis and stock review writing, and predicts the market outlook trend according to the previous trend of the market. During this period, I mastered the writing structure of stock review, and was good at analyzing the market from the fundamental and technical aspects respectively, and gradually realized the relationship between industries in the market. During this time, I also came into contact with some advanced handicap technology and got a certain understanding of fund management knowledge.
Through this month's internship, I have a deeper understanding of the securities market. Now I am used to analyzing various problems in a rational way. Understand that the market is unpredictable, and the most important thing is to grasp the law. During this time, I also cultivated good study habits and learned the method of summing up. My daily stock browsing gives me some impressions of historical trends, especially classic trends, so I have the opportunity to find similar heads in the future market to judge the market outlook.
A good beginning is half the battle. I believe this internship can lead my career. It gives me the opportunity to think more deeply about my future life and career plans and gives me the motivation to realize them. The internship feeling of the sales department of a securities company is 1. The business department of securities companies mainly serves investors. Generally speaking, the business department of a securities company is mainly brokerage business, which serves investors in two ways, one is counter service; The second is consulting services. Counter service provides investors with securities trading process, and consulting service answers various questions for investors. Whether it is counter service or consulting service, the staff of the sales department are directly facing and dealing with investors, which requires the staff to understand the psychology of investors and communicate with them well. This makes us pay attention to cultivating students' communicative ability and ability to communicate with others in daily teaching. We can offer special courses to help students systematically understand the skills of communicating with others, and we can also guide students to be good at communicating with others through various activities.
2. Strengthen skills training. In order to serve investors, the business department of a securities company must be able to master the process of securities trading and skillfully open accounts, buy and sell, settle accounts and close accounts for investors, so as to win the trust of investors and improve work efficiency. In our daily teaching, we should increase the proportion of experimental courses and make full use of securities trading laboratories, commercial bank laboratories, insurance laboratories and futures laboratories, so that students can master the operation process of securities trading well and adapt to the work of the sales department of securities companies.
We should broaden students' knowledge. The business department of a securities company faces all kinds of investors, high and low. In the process of engaging in specific securities trading, there are all kinds of questions that need to be answered by employees in the sales department of securities companies, which requires employees to have a wide range of knowledge, not only to understand the process of securities trading, but also to understand various problems related to securities trading in order to better serve investors. This requires us to broaden students' knowledge consciously in the daily teaching process, and we can increase students' knowledge by offering elective courses and lectures, so that students can better adapt to their future work.
