What should I do if I don't pay back the payment?
Legal analysis: A creditor who fails to repay can bring a lawsuit to the court and ask the other party to repay. If the other party fails to repay the loan after the judgment of the court, the creditor may apply to the court for compulsory execution or apply to the court for a payment order to urge the other party to repay the loan.

Legal basis: Article 216th of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the facts and evidence provided by the creditors after the people's court accepts the application; If the relationship between creditor's rights and debts is clear and legal, a payment order shall be issued to the debtor within 15 days from the date of acceptance; If the application is not established, the ruling shall be rejected. The debtor shall pay off the debt within fifteen days from the date of receiving the payment order, or file a written objection with the people's court. If the debtor fails to raise any objection or perform the payment order within the period specified in the preceding paragraph, the creditor may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
