Feng Zhongyue
Feng Zhongyue, male, born in 1954, is a professor at Beijing Technology and Business University. Graduated from the Department of Political Economics of Beijing Normal University in 1983, majoring in political economics. From 1983 to 1999 and from 1999 to present, he taught at Beijing Business School and Beijing Technology and Business University. He was appointed associate professor of economics in 1994, tutor of postgraduate students in 1995, and professor of industrial economics in 1999. Currently, he is the General Branch Secretary of Beijing Technology and Business University Law School (School of Marxism), a cross-century outstanding talent in Beijing, a director of the Beijing Economics Federation, an executive director of the National Political Economics Research Association of Higher Education Institutions of Finance and Economics, and a reviewer of the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project. Expert, member of the Western Economics Course Proposition Group of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. The academic research directions are industrial organization theory (industrial economics) and government regulation economics; the academic research expertise is China's economic development and institutional reform, industrial organization theory and government regulation.
The main courses taught are: development economics, Chinese economic topics (undergraduate students); socialist economic theory, industrial organization theory (master students).
Representative achievements include "Getting Out of Dilemma - Ideas and Countermeasures for the Reform of China's State-owned Enterprises", Guangxi Normal University Press, published in 1998, (monograph); "Theory and Empirical Analysis of China's Commodity Futures Price Formation" ", the third author, won the Ministry of Education's "Third Prize for the Second Humanities and Social Sciences Research Achievements of General Universities" in 1998 (research consulting report), and won the "Xue Muqiao Price Research Award" (book category) in 2000; "Research on the Regulation and Competition of Urban Utilities - Taking Beijing's Gas Industry as an Example", "Beijing Social Sciences", Issue 3, 2005, first author, (paper); "Beijing's natural monopoly industry government deregulation and Research on Competition Issues", project leader, passed acceptance in June 2005, (Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project, 03BJBJG098). In September 2000, he attended the "Japan-China Seminar on Business Diagnosis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" held in Tokyo, Japan, and read a paper on "Industrial Structure Optimization and Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" at the meeting, which was included in the conference proceedings (in Japanese).
