I am a senior manager (half a year’s experience) (Author’s note: The following is my experience and insights into the industry since I joined in August 2011 and became a senior in March 2012.)

Many things in this world can be done as long as one wants to, and all difficulties that need to be overcome can also be overcome. It does not require any iron will, let alone any skills or strategies. As long as a person lives a simple and interesting life, you will eventually find that the Creator's arrangements for the world are all natural.

You may think that working part-time is making money. In fact, working is the biggest and stupidest investment. What is the most precious thing in life? What else is more precious than our youth? ! Many people complain about poverty and lack of money and want to do business but cannot find funds. How ridiculous! In fact, you yourself are a golden mountain (intangible asset), but you dare not admit it. I would rather bury it than use it. You would rather work for others humiliatingly and hand over your assets to your boss.

Just imagine, when you are born, God will give you a lot of money? Is there anyone who was very well prepared and then succeeded in starting a business? After all, only a handful of people are born with a silver spoon in their mouths, and they cannot be rich for more than three generations. Many great achievements are created by ordinary people. Plans cannot keep up with changes, especially in today's era where information spreads rapidly! I once asked a friend of mine why he didn’t go to work? His answer was: "To put it mildly, going out to work is a stupid waste of youth!" Why have you always been a wage earner? Because you are content with the status quo! Because you have no courage, you are naturally timid and fearful and dare not choose another path! Because you don't have the courage to move forward and the spirit of transcending yourself! Although you have thought about changing your life and your destiny of poverty, you have not done it because you dare not do it! You are afraid of losing, you are afraid of losing and becoming poor again and again! In the end, you don't even dare to think about it. You feel that you have worked hard and fought hard, and you are ambitious. But as a result, you don't see the expected achievements, so you give up. You can only be a wage earner!

Why have you always been a wage earner? Because you just follow the crowd, don't care about progress, have no money, and love face! Because you are afraid of your parents, you listen to your relatives, you have no opinions, and you dare not make decisions alone. You have traditional ideas and just want to work and earn some money to get married and have children, and then you will grow old, sick and die, and follow the exact same path as your parents. Because you are naturally fragile and mentally retarded and just want to do regular work.

Because you want to do business without capital, you want to sit at home and wait for the pie to fall from the sky! Because you complain that there are no opportunities, and when opportunities come to you, you can't seize them, because you don't know how to seize them! Because of your poverty, you have low self-esteem! You shrink back, you dare not do anything! You will only work for others! You have no special skills, you can only use brute force! You, like your parents, are in a vicious cycle! Therefore, you will always be a wage earner who has been working!
