From my experience, silicone pillows and latex pillows have their own characteristics. Silicone pillow is breathable, durable and not easy to deform, but it may not be soft enough. Latex pillows, on the other hand, have good elasticity and support, which can fit the curve of the head and neck and provide better support, but may not be durable enough.
