Urban rail transit system refers to the sum of vehicles, tracks and other related facilities that mainly serve urban passenger traffic. It is usually powered by electricity or mechanical force and characterized by wheel-rail operation. Urban rail transit system generally includes: subway system, light rail system, tram system, monorail system, automatic guided traffic system, magnetic levitation system and suburban railway system.
