Under the condition of modern market economy, the futures exchange is a highly systematic, rigorous, highly organized and standardized trading service organization. It is not allowed to directly or indirectly participate in futures trading activities, participate in the formation of futures prices, or own the commodities subject to the contract, but only provide facilities and services for futures trading. The Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading stipulates that futures exchanges shall not be for profit, and shall implement self-discipline management in accordance with the provisions of their articles of association.
