According to the provisions of Article 63 of the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, the members of futures exchanges that implement the full settlement system are composed of futures company members and non-futures company members. A member of a futures company shall carry out relevant business in accordance with the business scope approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission; Non-members of futures companies shall not engage in the business of futures companies as stipulated in the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading.
