Recently, the double control of energy consumption in many places in China has been on a "red light". In less than four months from the year-end "big exam", the areas named by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have taken measures to try to improve energy consumption as soon as possible. Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and other major chemical provinces have made heavy blows and thousands of enterprises have stopped production.
Measures such as power outages have caught local enterprises off guard. Guangdong: On September 16, Guangdong Power Grid indicated that it would implement the "Start 2 and Stop 5" electricity consumption plan from September 16, and realize off-peak duty on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. Only the security power load is reserved on off-peak days, and the security load is below 15% of the total load.
Shandong: Due to the tight supply and power shortage of coal in the whole province, power restriction measures were initiated. Jiangsu: At the beginning of September, the meeting of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology instructed to carry out special energy-saving supervision for enterprises with an annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons of standard coal.
Covering 323 enterprises with an annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons and 29 "two high" project enterprises in the province, the special action of energy conservation supervision was launched in an all-round way. Qinghai: The warning of power cut-off was issued, and the scope of power cut-off continued to expand. Ningxia: High-energy-consuming enterprises stop production for one month. Yunnan: There have been two rounds of power rationing, and it will continue to increase in the future.
Guangxi: Guangxi has introduced new double control measures, requiring that the production of high energy-consuming enterprises such as electrolytic aluminum, alumina, steel and cement be restricted from September, and clear production reduction standards are given. Sichuan: Non-essential production, lighting and office loads are suspended. Henan: Some processing enterprises lost power for more than three weeks.
Chongqing: Some factories stopped production in early August. Inner Mongolia: Strictly control the power cut-off time of enterprises, and the increase of electricity price shall not exceed 10%. For manufacturing enterprises, power cuts will lead to a decline in operating rate. If electricity is cut off for a long time, it will not only affect the delayed delivery, but also affect the supply of raw materials and market changes.
