Institutions that can apply for futures business qualifications include futures managers, commercial banks (including foreign-funded corporate banks in China), futures companies, futures companies, insurance institutions, futures investment consulting institutions, independent futures sales institutions and other institutions recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Before an institution applies for the qualification of employees, it should first apply for membership, apply to the futures industry association for the institutional account of the employee management system, and designate a qualification administrator, who will carry out the registration, change, resignation filing and annual inspection of employees through the employee management system.
