Rolled copper foil-copper foil that has been repeatedly rolled for many times. Mainly used for FPc. Electrolytic copper foil-copper foil made by electrodeposition. Copper ions in copper sulfate solution are generated on the electroplating wheel by electroplating, and then stripped and post-treated. Compared with calendered copper foil, electrolytic copper foil is not suitable for flexible plates that often need to be wound. Electrolytic copper foil is more suitable for hard copper foil substrate than calendered copper foil because it has particle structure in the vertical direction of foil surface and is easy to produce binding force with epoxy resin.
