Note: The spot price index of China Sugar Industry Index (csi) selects first-class sugar (including sucrose and beet sugar) as samples, and collects the daily spot prices of 34 major sugar production and sales areas in 28 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) (these 34 areas account for more than 90% of the national sugar production and sales), and generates the national sugar price dynamics every day after weighted average. The weight coefficient of each region is scientifically and reasonably distributed according to the factors such as the output, sales volume and radiation range of the region.
