Since the mid-1980s, the research on enterprise bankruptcy and merger and reorganization in China has been one of the earliest pioneers in this field. Since the early 1990s, he has participated in the formulation of national bankruptcy law, state-owned assets law, anti-monopoly law, securities law, small and medium-sized enterprise promotion law, measures for accepting foreign-related administrative cases, partnership enterprise law, futures trading management regulations (revised) and other laws and regulations, as well as the State Council's bankruptcy policy on state-owned enterprises (Guo Fa No.59 document, Guo Fa 97-66).
1995- 1997 served as the Chinese chief consultant for the bankruptcy reorganization project of state-owned enterprises in China, a cooperative project between Asian Development Bank and China government. 1998- 1999 as the Chinese expert in the enterprise reform project of the world bank. 200 1 Served as the Chief Expert of the Bankruptcy Reform Project in Shenyang, China, a cooperation project between the World Bank and the State Economic and Trade Commission. In 2004, he served as the expert group leader of the cooperation project between the NPC and the World Bank-China Bankruptcy Law Legislative Reform Project. At present, he is in charge of the national key research project of the Ministry of Education "Research on the Legal Protection Mechanism of State-owned Assets".
