You can unbind through self-help unbinding of mobile banking client of Bank of China, cross-channel unbinding of online banking and unbinding of counter. 1. The customer logs in to the mobile banking client with the original bound mobile phone device, and completes the unbinding after authentication with a single mobile phone transaction code, Bank of China E-bill+mobile phone transaction code (or Bank of China E-shield in audio); 2. Customers can use online banking and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding; 3. When registering online banking and bank cards/discounts associated with online banking (mobile banking), customers can unbind at any counter of our bank with valid identity documents.
