CNH is an offshore RMB created by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the People's Bank of China.

Specifically, CNH refers to offshore RMB traded outside Chinese mainland, which is called offshore RMB (CNH). Due to the limited circulation outside China, the transaction price is usually higher than that in China, and it can be freely exchanged outside the mainland.
