Fried bacon with Chili peppers
Prepare ingredients: pepper, bacon, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate.
1. There are some old bacon left at home. If it is dried for a long time, you should eat it clean, stir-fry it with Chili just right, wash it, put it in a pot, add a spoonful of salt and cook it for about 40 minutes. Bacon can be pierced through with chopsticks.
2. Cut the cooked bacon into thin skin for later use. It can be seen that lean meat is a little dry because bacon has been air-dried for a long time. It is much better to soak in salt water for a few hours before cooking.
