What do you mean by reinstatement and confiscation?
The main difference between reinstatement and confiscation is that reinstatement considers the impact of stock dividends, while confiscation does not.

For example, the K-line without rights issue will be ex-dividend after stock dividend, so the stock price without rights issue will be lower than the stock price with rights issue resumed. However, only the K-line chart of reinstatement can tell investors the actual return of stocks. The right of reinstatement is divided into pre-reinstatement and post-reinstatement. Pre-recovery right: based on the price point on the first day before recovery, recover the data before recovery. After copyright restoration: the data after copyright deletion is restored according to the price point of the last day before copyright deletion.
