According to Article 34 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of Appropriate Management of Investors in Futures Operating Institutions (Trial), the contents of the return visit include but are not limited to: (1) Whether the interviewee is the investor himself or the institution; (two) whether the interviewee personally filled in the relevant information forms and questionnaires, and signed or sealed as required; (3) Whether the information previously provided by the interviewee has changed significantly; (4) Whether the interviewee knows the contents of risk disclosure or warning; (5) Whether the interviewee knows that the risk tolerance should match the purchased product or service; (six) whether the interviewee is aware of the possible expenses and related investment losses; (seven) whether the operating institutions and their employees have any behavior prohibited by Article 22 of the Measures for the Administration of the Suitability of Securities and Futures Investors; (eight) other contents deemed necessary by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, associations and operating institutions.
