1. Holders of residence permits of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Province enjoy "three rights" in their places of residence according to law:
1. Employment;
2. Participate in social insurance;
3. Deposit, withdrawal and use of housing provident fund.
Two, the people's governments at or above the county level and the relevant departments shall provide the following "six" basic public services for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents residence permit holders:
1. Compulsory education;
2. Basic public employment services;
3. Basic public health services;
4. Public cultural and sports services;
5. Legal aid and other legal services;

3. Handling banking, insurance, securities, futures and other financial services;
4. Shopping, purchasing tickets for parks and various cultural and sports venues, cultural entertainment, business trips and other consumption activities that are treated equally with mainland (mainland) residents;
5. Apply for motor vehicle registration at the place of residence;
6. Apply for a motor vehicle driver's license at the place of residence;
7. Take the vocational qualification examination at the place of residence and apply for granting vocational qualifications;
