The red envelopes in the WeChat group can't be received. The cancellation method is as follows:

1, after the WeChat version was upgraded from 6. 1 to 6.3.5, I received a red envelope from others, indicating that the WeChat version needs to be upgraded before it can be used. However, after many upgrades, I can no longer accept red envelopes issued by others.

2. Click the Settings button;

3. Select application management;

4. Select WeChat;

5. Click the Clear Data and Clear Cache button in turn;

6. Open WeChat (you may need to log in again) and select the red envelope sent by others;

7. The red envelope was received.
