Yes, there is no driving age limit for the freight qualification certificate. As long as you have a driver's license, you can apply for the freight qualification certificate.

A commercial road freight transport driver shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.
