1 Subject content and scope of application

1. 1 This standard specifies the quality index and grading standard of soybean meal delivered by Dalian Commodity Exchange.

1.2 soybean meal stipulated in the soybean meal futures contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange refers to soybean meal for feed obtained by pre-pressing-leaching or leaching with soybeans as raw materials, regardless of the origin.

1.3 This standard is applicable to the delivery standards and delivery substitutes of soybean meal futures contracts in Dalian Commodity Exchange.

2 inspection and judgment criteria

2. 1 The inspection of soybean meal for feed should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Gb5490-5539.

2.2 The inspection of moisture, crude protein, crude fiber and crude ash shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Gb6432-6439.

2.3 The test of urease activity should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Gb8622.

Three sensory characteristics

3. 1 is light yellow or light yellow with the same color.

3.2 Irregular fragments, powders or particles.

3.3 No fermentation, mildew, extrusion and caking, moth-eaten and peculiar smell.

Do not mix substances other than soybean meal for feed. If additives such as antioxidants and antimicrobials are added, corresponding explanations shall be made.

5.3 The above indicators must meet the requirements of corresponding grades.

5.4 Urease activity is defined as the number of milligrams of ammonia nitrogen released by decomposing urea per gram of soybean meal per minute at 30 5℃ and pH 7.
