2.( 1) See through each other's tricks and point them out directly;
(2) Set a budget that cannot be exceeded, and then strive for it;
(3) The more people let the other party sign the contract, the better;

(5) hold a group meeting to think about countermeasures;
(6) Before signing the contract, don't be embarrassed to ask the other party to make some kind of guarantee, in case the other party goes back on its word;
(7) Consider withdrawing from the negotiations.
