Familiar with the use and function of common tools and instruments (such as multimeter and shaking table, etc.). ), it can detect the insulation resistance to ground between three-phase windings of three-phase AC asynchronous motor, complete the test work before the motor trial operation, and judge the motor fault and eliminate the fault according to the test results. The beginning and end of stator winding of three-phase AC asynchronous motor can be judged by simple method. Y, △ connection and forward and reverse rotation control of three-phase asynchronous motor. Can read all kinds of motor stator winding development diagrams, and basically master the drawing of stator winding development diagrams and wiring diagrams.

2. Disassembly and assembly of 2.DC cars. Basically mastered the disassembly steps, structure and working principle of DC motor, mastered the use of multimeter, shaking table, insulation resistance test, no-load running current test and other methods. Learn to test parameters such as armature winding resistance, insulation resistance and no-load current. Basically master the common faults of DC motor and its maintenance methods, and can realize the forward and reverse control of DC motor. Some students who study hard can draw the tortuous development diagram of DC motor.

3. Disassembly and assembly of ceiling fan single-phase motor. Master the disassembly steps of single-phase asynchronous motor, the structure and working principle of single-phase asynchronous motor, the drawing of winding development diagram of single-phase asynchronous motor, and the use of multimeter and shaking table. Can complete the test work before the motor trial operation, such as winding resistance, insulation resistance test, no-load running current test, etc. And can complete the disassembly training of single motor and different motors.

4. Motor testing, use of related electrical instruments and power-on inspection. Understand the insulation resistance test and DC resistance test of motor windings. Master the withstand voltage test, short circuit test, no-load test and reverse test of motor. Master the use of shaking table and correct measurement of insulation, master the use and precautions of pliers, tension gauge, hammer and other tools, master the measurement of motor parameters, master the methods of judging and detecting motor faults and maintenance, master the use, usage and function of common tools and instruments (such as multimeter and shaking table) in the process, be able to detect the insulation resistance between three-phase windings of three-phase AC asynchronous motor, and complete the test work before motor trial operation.

The situation of self-forgetting is good, but the difficulty is drawing the winding development diagram of DC motor, and the preview work before training needs to be strengthened. At the same time, the practical knowledge of DC motor starting can be appropriately increased, which will lay a good foundation for students' subsequent study (such as the current loop of servo motor) and accumulate relevant practical experience and knowledge.
