Senior engineer is the senior title of engineering in China's professional and technical titles (called professional and technical post qualifications after title reform), and it is also the highest title. Senior engineers are divided into two levels and three categories: senior engineers (deputy high school), researcher-level senior engineers (Gao Zheng) and professor-level senior engineers (Gao Zheng). The following conditions are required for an extended material to obtain the qualification of senior engineer.

Bachelor degree or above, have obtained the qualification of engineer for more than 5 years, and can declare senior engineer.

Graduated from Ph.D. and obtained the qualification of engineer for more than 2 years. Can declare a senior engineer.

Obtain the corresponding certificate through the title computer ability test (programmers who have obtained the computer level qualification test or above can be exempted from the test, corresponding to the relevant provincial computer application ability test)

Obtain the corresponding certificate through the foreign language examination for professional titles (generally, you need to pass the A-level examination, and some provinces only require B-level according to different provincial regulations)

Prepare materials and papers and submit them to the jury for examination and approval (or participate in the senior qualification examination of professional and technical qualifications with corresponding qualifications)
