Mr. Cai Naifeng (Chairman and Non-executive Director): He has been the Chairman and Non-executive Director of the Group since April 2008. Mr. Cai has been the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors since 20 1 1 year1February 29th. Mr. Cai joined Baosheng International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. in April 2008 and Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") in February 1997. Previously, he was the chairman of Baoyuan Industrial (Holdings) Co., Ltd. Mr. Cai has been engaged in footwear for more than 30 years. Mr Cai is the general manager of Yuyuan Garden. He is also a director of Baocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Baocheng") and Elite Computer Co., Ltd., whose shares are listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Limited ("Taiwan Stock Exchange"). Mr. Cai is the cousin of Ms. Cai, a non-executive director. On 20 121February 3 1, he was a director of Yue Yuen Group. According to the provisions of Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (the "Securities and Futures Ordinance"), Yue Yuen Group's interest in shares must be disclosed to Baosheng International (Holdings) Limited.

Cai (non-executive director): In May 2002, she graduated from wharton school with a bachelor's degree in economics. He majored in finance and minored in psychology. He joined the Group in 2002 and has been a director of Yue Yuen Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. since 2005, focusing on group finance and enterprise development. Ms. Cai is also a non-executive director of Baosheng. She was a director of Zhaofeng Financial Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Ms. Cai is the daughter of Mr. Cai, who is regarded as the major shareholder of Yue Yuen Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. according to Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Mr. Wu Bangzhi (Executive Director): I graduated from Tamkang University in Taiwan Province Province with a bachelor's degree in banking and insurance. After completing his military service in 1978, Mr. Wu started his career in the branch company. Later, he held different management positions in ABN Bank of America, Chase Bank and BNP Paribas. In 2000, Mr. Wu was invited by Taixin International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. to join and take charge of the corporate banking business. After working in the financial services industry for about 25 years, Mr. Wu was invited by Baocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Baocheng") in 2003. Mr. Wu is responsible for the financial and investment strategy and daily management of Baocheng Group. He has also served as a supervisor of Elite Computer Co., Ltd. listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, and a director of Kleine Developments Ltd and China Shanghai Huayi Bank. Save for the above disclosure, Mr. Wu has not been a director of any other listed company in the past three years.

Mr. Guan Hede (Executive Director, CEO): I graduated from Taiwan Province Provincial University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Guan Tianlang completed his military service in 1979, and later obtained a master's degree in science from the University of Iowa. Mr. Guan used to be AT & amp； Some entities of T Group held different technical and management positions, and once worked in Beijing AT & amp； Director of Strategy and Business Development Department of T Group (China), and later President of Qingdao Lucent Technology; Later, he served as the chief operating officer of Beijing Lucent Technology (China) ("Lucent China" for short). Mr. Guan joined our company as a senior consultant on July 6, 20 12, and became the CEO of our company on August 3, 20 12. Prior to that, he was the president and director of the board of directors of Dongxun Co., Ltd., a company listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange. Except as disclosed in this article, Mr. Guan has not held any other directorship in any other listed company in the past three years.
