The difficulty of the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination depends on the type of business the candidate is engaged in and their familiarity with different businesses.
When candidates are engaged in public fund management and other businesses, they will be more familiar with the subject two examination. Candidates will be more familiar with subject three when they are engaged in private equity fund management, private equity asset management of securities and futures operating institutions, etc.
Among them, subject one is "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards" which is a required subject. The second subject is "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds", and the third subject is "Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds".
When candidates engage in public fund management, fund custody and other businesses, they need to pass the subject one and subject two exams. When candidates engage in private equity fund management, private equity asset management of securities and futures operating institutions, fund sales, sales payment, share registration, valuation, investment consulting, evaluation, information technology system services and other fund services, they need to pass subjects one and three or Subject 2 exam.
