On the afternoon of August 20 17, 16, our school held a promotion meeting of undergraduate teaching review and evaluation in the conference room 323 of Quanxue Building. Wang Weiguo, Vice President, attended the meeting, and more than 20 people attended the meeting, including the heads of the special working groups for undergraduate teaching level evaluation, the members of the general self-evaluation report writing team and the heads of relevant departments. The meeting was presided over by Wang Junkui, director of the Office of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation.

At the meeting, Director Wang Junkui and Deputy Director Zhao Feng of the Academic Affairs Office reported to the participants the writing of the self-evaluation report and the data filling of the National Data Platform for Higher Education Quality Monitoring and the Undergraduate Teaching Audit and Evaluation System of Liaoning Province.

Vice President Wang Weiguo made a concluding speech after listening to the report. First of all, he expressed condolences to the staff of various functional departments and teaching units who still insisted on promoting the audit and evaluation during the summer vacation. In view of the current work situation, this paper systematically summarizes the problems existing in the writing of the school self-evaluation report (finishing draft), the data filling of the Ministry of Education system, and the data uploading of the evaluation system of Liaoning Province, and puts forward opinions and requirements for the next stage of work. Vice Chairman Wang Weiguo requested that all special working groups should strictly implement the division of responsibilities and do a good job in the next stage according to the work objectives, tasks, requirements and time nodes; The members of the general writing group of the self-assessment report should carefully study the self-assessment report (collated draft) and put forward opinions and suggestions on further improving the self-assessment report. Vice President Wang Weiguo emphasized that undergraduate teaching evaluation is very important. Through audit and evaluation, we can truly reflect the school's achievements, systematically diagnose and deeply find out the problems existing in undergraduate teaching, and find out the ideas and methods to solve the problems, so as to effectively improve undergraduate teaching and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.
