5. If it is impossible to confirm the authenticity of the account cancellation confirmation and the signature of the account cancellation cash slip, each business unit must confirm whether it is the customer himself by other means such as identity documents and video materials.

6. After the customer signs the confirmation letter of account cancellation, the relevant personnel of the business unit (such as risk controller and manager) and the person in charge of the business unit sign it, and then fax the confirmation letter of account cancellation to the headquarters customer service center, and the relevant personnel of the customer service center will handle the account cancellation in the customer management system.

Seven, after the cancellation in the customer management system, the headquarters customer service center will submit the customer-related cancellation information to the margin monitoring center, and cancel the customer's transaction code.
