Qualifications required for handling company accounts

Enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households need to provide:

1. Old business license: original+photocopy of business license, original+photocopy of tax registration certificate, original+photocopy of organization code certificate, official seal of enterprise, corporate seal, financial seal, corporate identity card (if acting as an agent, agent identity card is required).

2. A new version of the business license with three certificates in one: the original and photocopy of the business license, the official seal of the enterprise, the legal person seal, the financial seal and the legal person ID card (the agent ID card is required for agents).

note:

(1) Individual industrial and commercial households cannot provide the financial seal, so they can use the official seal instead.

(2) If the individual industrial and commercial households cannot provide the organization code certificate, they can use the original+copy of the business license and the original+copy of the tax registration certificate instead.
