I think personality is more important. If a person has strong abilities, but his personality is universal or even despicable, it is unknown how he will use these abilities. If he uses his ability in the place that causes harm, it is not good for himself or even for society.

And a good character attaches importance to being a good person, at least it can restrain itself and help people around. Even though it may not have an impact on the whole world, with a good personality, you can benefit yourself and the people around you in your life and work.
